航空发动机设备拆装快速装配仿真研究

【摘要】Given the high costs of optical and electromagnetic motion capture systems,a method of interactivecontrol virtual assembly based on inertial motion capture system was developed.The feasibility of this method was experimentally demonstrated.Catia and Maya modeling were used to construct an engine overhaul simulation platform and a hierarchical human skeleton model.Then this model was combined with quaternion to create a mathematical model describing the motion of the skeleton.The animation system in the software Unity3D was employed to actuate the virtual character model.The redirection technique and motion capture system were responsible for loading the human skeleton.Real-time control of the character's movement and attitude was realized through programming and real -time interactive engine disassembly was achieved with the technique of comprehensive collision detector.The first person perspective allows the operator to enjoy the immersive engine disassembly experience.%为解决采用光学式和电磁式动作捕捉设备模拟航空发动机虚拟拆卸的高成本问题,提出基于惯性动作捕获设备交互控制虚拟装配的方法,采用惯性动捕设备解决了高精度实时姿态信息收集的问题,降低了动捕设备对环境的需求,为在航空发动机虚拟装配中进行
