PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a complicated output system, when ATM cell outputting operation is
performed.;SOLUTION: A switching section 11 of an ATM switch section 1 outputs (a) a cell to the selecting section 13 of an output section 2. The selecting section 13 discriminates the transmission lines, through which cells are to be outputted (d and e) based on set information and distributes the
transmission lines to transmitting sections 14 and 15. A cell reguest signal (f) to the switch section 11 is generated by means of a rate set section 12.
