【摘要】Objective To investigate the ICU central venous catheter-related infection (CVC-RI)incidence,clinical prevention and reduction of catheter-related infection to provide the basis.Methods For central venous ICU of our hospital from catheterization of the clinical data of 360 cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The central venous catheter related infection and the total infection rate was 22.63%;different puncture site infection rates vary;indwelling catheter time more long,the infection rate is high;double lumen catheter indwelling infection rate is higher than the single lumen catheter indwelling.Conclusion ICU patients with CVC-RI is the result of joint action of various factors should be strictly central venous catheter each stage management,shorten the time of catheter,strengthen medical staff hand hygiene management and disinfection of puncture site,has a very important role in the occurrence of low central venous catheter related infections.%目的探讨ICU中心静脉导管相关性感染(CVC-RI)的发生率，为临床预防和减少导管相关性感染提供依据。方法对我院ICU收治的行中心静脉置管术360例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果中心静脉导管置管相关性感染总感染率为22.63%；不同穿刺部位感染率有所不同；导管留置的
