【摘要】Objective To discuss the value of multiplanar reformation of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of early appendicitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was taken on CT images of 60 patients with acute appendicitis, who received CT scan on the lower abdomen. Then images were reconstructed at arbitrary plane such as sagittal plane, transverse plane and coronal plane to achieve arbitrary clip plane, and then the abnormal change in the size and form of appendix and circumstances of cecum was observed and analyzed. Results The multiplanar reformation of 64-slice spiral CT was capable to diagnose the early appendicitis quickly and also discover other diseases such as periappendiceal abscess, inflammatory mass and local lymph node enlargement. Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT is fast and accurate in the diagnosis of early appendicitis and other diseases, which is worthy to be applied in clinical practice.%目的：探讨64排螺旋CT多平面重组技术对早期阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对60例急性阑尾炎患者的CT影像表现进行回顾性分析，对下腹进行CT扫描，进行矢状面、横断面、冠状面等任意平面的图像重建，获得任意切面图像，对阑尾的大小、形态及盲肠周围异样改变进行观察分析。结果64排螺旋CT多平面重组技术能准确快速诊断出早期阑尾炎，并能发现其他病
