摘要：近年来，乳制品的安全问题受到了前所未有的关注，尤其是其抗生素的残留，让人对市场中的乳制品质量产生了怀疑，本文就来分析一下乳制品中抗生素的残留现状和危害进行分析，并介绍如何检测乳制品中的抗生素，加强乳制品中抗生素的监测，解决我国乳品工业发展中面对的难题。 关键词：乳制品抗生素残留检测方法
