全面护理对预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的干预效果

【摘要】目的:研究全面护理对预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的干预效果.方法:在本次研究中选择近两年我院收治的71例重症肺部感染患者为研究对象,结合护理模式的差异,分为观察组和对照组,分别应用全面护理形式和一般护理模式,对干预成果进行分析.结果:观察组非常满意和比较满意人数分别为28和4例,满意率为88.9%,对照组非常满意和比较满意人数20例和2例,满意率为62.8%,观察组的满意率明显高于对照组,比较结果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于神经外科收治的重症患者采用全面护理形式,其优势比较明显,能有效减少不良反应,患者对该护理模式满意度比较高,值得推广和利用.%Objective: to study the comprehensive nursing care on the prevention intervention effect
