探讨舒适护理对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者舒适程度的影响

【摘要】Objective To comfort care in laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection patients use effect is extremely patient comfort on analysis and discussion. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 102 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection patients were selected, the draw method were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were receiving comfort care, patients in the control group received routine care, comfort level comparing patient care process. Results The patients with HAMA, quality of life scores were signiifcantly better than the control group of patients, the complication rate was 3.92%,down from 17.65%in the control group of patients, a signiifcant difference between groups (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Comfort care can significantly improve the comfort level of radical laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients, improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：对舒适护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果极其对患者舒适程度的影响进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的102例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者，抽签法将患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受舒适护理，对照组患者接受常规护理，对比患者护理过程中的舒适程度。结果观察组患者HAMA、生活
