【摘要】Objective In the process of exploring use of rabies vaccine, the adverse reaction and nursing measures. Methods 3 061 cases of rabies vaccination were observed, and the adverse reactions of the patients timely and effective nursing intervention, 3 061 patients were treated center outpatient service from January 2013 to June 2014. Results 3 061 cases of rabies vaccination in patients with 320 cases of adverse reactions, adverse reactions of patients with different degrees of local edema, induration, pain and swelling, and skin itching, headache and fever phenomenon, through effective nursing, patients with adverse reactions disappeared;after vaccination were completed, the patients were the testing results, did not appear the phenomenon of rabies. Conclusion The use of rabies vaccine may cause adverse reactions in different degree, so we should carry out preventive care than before injection, should also be timely to the patients after injection were observed, symptomatic intervention in patients with adverse reactions, help patients improve.%目的：探究在狂犬疫苗使用的过程中，其不良反应情况和护理的措施。方法选取3061例狂犬疫苗接种患者进行观察，并对发生不良反应的患者及时进行有效的护理干预，3061例患者均为我中心门诊2013年
