1.By reading A woman of African wildlife, students can learn from Jane Goodall in at least two

aspects:one is what is the humane way to study animals; the other is that it was her great personality - universal love and mercy（博爱与慈悲）.

2.Let everyone believe that all of us can become Jane Goodall to one’s success.

学1.Get students to learn the useful new words and expressions in this part: achievement, 习behave, shade, worthwhile, nest, observe, outspoken, respect, argue. etc.

教师:通过教材P9 Warming-up & Pre-reading部分导入本课，达到激发兴趣的目的，教师呈现学习目标，组织小组简短讨论，可以课前发放学生:1.积极参与小组简短讨论。

2.学生静听与思考，理解和内化学习目标。3.小组代表能准确叙述小组对学习目标的理解。二．自主学习教学过程

结构预习 (15-20分钟)

18分钟。“问题导读评价单”。

学生主持：下面进行自主学习，结构化预习，时间为教师:主要采用“三定123”指到策略: 1.定时间---8分钟阅读

2.定任务--Read the passage for the first time, and enable the students to understand the

details of the passage about Jane Goodall and African wildlife and find the correct answers to the questions in the post-reading. Read the passage again, and finish the three tasks:

1.Improve the students’reading ability - guessing words, searching for information.

Learn the in the information about Jane Goodall and African wildlife.
