解析图书馆知识管理对图书馆管理的创新

【摘要】知识管理是建立在当前信息技术背景下的新型图书馆管理方法。与传统的图书馆管理相比，知识管理的方法能够更好适应当今用户对图书馆资源利用的需求，同时还能够满足更加高效的图书管理要求。本文首先对图书馆知识管理的概念进行了浅要论述，然后全面分析了实施知识管理对图书馆管理的重要意义，最后提出了图书馆知识管理的创新策略，希望能够为当前图书馆管理创新的提供参考。%Library knowledge management is a new management method based on the background of the current information technology.Compared with the traditional method,the method of knowledge management can meet the demands of users to use the library sources better.Besides,it can also meet the demands of more efficient library management.At first,the article discusses the concept

it
