脑梗死致横纹肌溶解综合征临床观察

【摘要】Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 3 cases of rhabdomyolysis (RM)caused by cerebral infarction.Methods Data of 3 hospitalized patients with RM caused by cerebral infarction was collected,including clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,treatment and prognosis.Results Serum creatine kinase (CK)and myoglobin (Mb)levels in 3 patients with RM caused by cerebral infarction significantly increased.3 cases all suffered from severe acute renal failure (ARF).One patient survived.Two died.Conclusions The patients with RM caused by cerebral infarction are critical and easily suffered from ARE The mortality is high.Prompt diagnosis and comprehensive treatment including nephroprotection and hemodialysis are most important.%目的 分析脑梗死致横纹肌溶解综合征的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析我院3例脑梗死致横纹肌溶解综合征住院患者的临床资料,包括临床表现、生化检查、治疗经过和预后情况.结果 3例患者肌酸激酶、血肌红蛋白明显增高,均出现以急性肾功能衰竭为主的症候群,1例治愈,2例死亡.结论 脑梗死致横纹肌溶解综合征患者易出现急性肾功能衰竭,病情危重,病死率高,早期诊断并及时给予肾脏保护、人工肾脏替代最为关键. 【总页数】3页(1092-1094)
