评价二维超声叠加彩色多普勒对甲状腺肿块诊断的作用

【摘要】Objective To study the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid masses. Methods 200 cases of thyroid masses were selected from March 2015 to March. The patients received two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler examination. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group of 200 cases, 200 cases were detected, the detection rate was 100%. 160 cases with benign tumor, 97 cases of thyroid adenoma, 48 cases of nodular goiter, 15 cases of thyroid adenoma. 40 cases of thyroid malignant tumor, 29 cases of papillary carcinoma, 6 cases of follicular carcinoma, 3 cases of medullary carcinoma, 2 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma;benign tumor classiifcation system, blood lfow velocity and resistance index were lower than those of malignant tumors, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with thyroid tumors, by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler examination, to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and provide scientiifc basis for diagnosis and treatment of diseases, has important clinical
value.%目的：研究分析二维超声叠加彩色多普勒对甲状腺肿块诊断价值。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月收治的200例甲状腺肿块患者，均接受二维超声叠加彩色多普勒检查，回顾性分析受检者临床资料。结果本组200例患者中，检出200例，检出率为100.00%。160例为甲状腺良性肿瘤，97例甲状腺腺瘤，48例结节性甲状腺肿，15例甲状腺囊腺瘤。40例为甲状腺恶性肿块，29例乳头状癌，6例滤泡癌，3例髓样癌，2例未分化癌。良性肿块分流分级、血流速度、阻力指数均低于恶性肿块，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对甲状腺肿块患者，采用二维超声叠加彩色多普勒检查，有利于提高诊断准确性，减少误诊和漏诊事件，为疾病的诊断、治疗提供科学依据，具有重要的临床应用价值。 【总页数】2页(3-4)
