【摘要】Objective To investigate the rehabilitation of patients after pancreatic operation by enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin in early stage.Methods 60 patients with pancreatic cancer from January 2008 to February 2013 in the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu City were selected and divided into parenteral nutrition group and enteral nutrition group with 30 cases in each group according to different postoperative
nutritional
ways.Hb,PP,ALB,the
balance
of
nitrogen,creatinine height index,plasma cortisol,blood glucose,plasma insulin and IgA,IgG,IgM of two groups were observed.Results The Hb,PP,ALB of enteral nutrition group in postoperative 15 d were better than those in parenteral nutrition group,the differences were statistically significant

healing,reduce

infections,and shorten the length stayed in hospital.%目的 探讨早期肠内营养支持联合生长抑素对胰腺手术患者术后康复情况.方法 选取成都市第三人民医院2008年1月～2013年2月收治的胰腺癌患者60例临床资料,依据术后营养方式不同分为肠外营养组和肠内营养组,每组各30例.观察两组术后蛋白、氮平衡、肌酐升高指数、血浆皮质醇、血糖、血浆胰岛素及免疫球蛋白情况.结果 肠内营养组术后15 d血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆蛋白(PP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)均明显优于肠外营养组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.81、3.06、2.82,P＜0.05);氮平衡、肌酐升高指数、血浆皮质醇、血糖、血浆胰岛素均明显优于肠外营养组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.86、8.19、5.88、5.20、3.41,P＜0.05);肠内营养组术后15d免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM明显优于肠外营养组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.60、3.70、3.76,P＜0.05).结论 临床观察胰腺癌术后应用肠内全营养素联合生长抑素,可以明显改善胰腺癌术后患者的营养状况,利于术后患者机体状态的恢复和免疫功能的改善,降低感染等并发症的发生,提高临床治疗效率 【总页数】4页(58-60,63)
