达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床效果探讨

【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Diane-35 combined with Metformin on polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomized into two groups, the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each. Both groups were treated by Diane-35, in addition, the study group were given Metformin. And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was much higher than that of the control group (92.5%vs 80.0%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (17.5% vs 20.0%) with statistically significant differ-ence (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of Diane-35 combined with Metformin on polycystic ovary syn-drome is significant, which is suitable for clinical use and promotion.%目的：研究探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院2014年1月-2015年2月收治的80例多囊卵巢综合症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用达英-35,研究

组在此基础上联合二甲双胍,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.5%,优于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚；研究组不良反应发生率17.5%,明显优于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合症的临床治疗效果明显,适合于临床推广使用。 【总页数】3页(37-38,41)
