【摘要】Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xueshuantong combined with edaravone injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 188 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into observation group (n=94) and control group (n=94). The control group was treated with Xueshuantong injection plus conventional therapy, patients in the observation group on the basis of edaravone. The clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical efifcacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is signiifcant.%目的：分析探讨注射用血栓通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取188例急性脑梗死患者，分为观察组（n=94）和对照组（n=94）。对照组患者采用常规+注射用血栓通治疗，观察组患者此基础上加用依达拉奉治疗。分析比较两组患者的各项临床症状指标和临床疗效。结果观察组的的临床疗效优于对照组，差异有
