BiPAP呼吸机在COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用及护理

【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness and nursing of the non-invasive BiPAP breathing machine in treating COPD combined with respiratory failure.Methods Non-invasive BiPAP breathing machine was applied in 57 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD patients.And clinical symptoms and arterial blood gas analysis were observed before and after treatment for 3 days.Results The clinical symptoms such as chest tightness,cyanosis and palpitations were eased and PaO2,PaCO2 was significantly improved after treatment (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Non-invasive BiPAP ventilation is a safe and effective measurement in treatment of combined COPD respiratory failure,but clinical observation and nursing may not be ignored.%目的 探讨双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)无创呼吸机在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者中的临床应用及护理.方法 对57例COPD合并呼吸衰竭急性加重期患者使用BiPAP无创呼吸机,观察治疗前与治疗后3d患者临床表现及血气分析结果.结果 BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗3d后患者胸闷、紫绀、心悸等症状明显缓解,动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压较治疗前显著改善(P＜0.01).结论 BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭是一种安全有效的治疗手段,治疗过程中的病情观察和护理十分重要.
