一、扶手带松紧度检查

原有方法介绍:拆盖板、栏板后,两人配合拉线测量松边状态时扶手带下垂量

大摩擦轮扶手驱动结构:自然下垂量为30~35mm细线或钢丝(工具)

端部扶手带驱动结构:自然下垂量为15~20mm

?扶手带松紧度检查,频次--月度。新方法介绍:

?测试工具和测试标准:扶手带松紧度测量工具,件号:HAA27AH1

4~6kg6~8kg大摩擦轮驱动型公交梯4-6公斤下压力端部驱动型公交梯6-8公斤下压力

一、扶手带松紧度检查

?扶手带松紧度测量步骤:

1.用钥匙或检修向上运行扶梯5-10秒,之后停梯,此时乘客手扶部分的扶手带处于紧边状态;2.选择在扶手带下R段中间点处测量;

3. ①如图二所示,一只手逐渐加力向下压轴套,每次加力结束后保持下压力,②这时另一只手同时用力按住扶手带上表面和扶手导轨,以确认扶手带与扶手导轨之间是否有间隙;③如果扶手带与扶手导轨之间仍有间隙,需继续加力下压轴套,④如已无间隙,则如图三所示,以垫片上端面为基准读取示数并与标准值进行比较;4.如扶手带过松或过紧,需调整扶手带张紧装置;

二、扶手驱动链条伸长率和综合情况检查

?端部驱动型扶手驱动链条伸长率和综合情况检查,保养频次---半年度

?开梯下行,将图一中这一侧链条置为紧边,之后再拆除第一、第二块不锈钢栏板;?用16A/16B链条尺进行测量,伸长率需<2%,即数字2这一档不能被插到底;测一个点。

?伸长率需超过2%时,需更换。

图中所示伸长率<1%

?目视检查,链条润滑良好、无锈蚀;开口销角度>60°;链片无缺失;
