船舶留置权，船舶优先权，船舶抵押权三者关系

(1)权利的产生不同。船舶留置权和船舶优先权是根据法律的规定产生的，属于法定担保物权;而船舶抵押权是根据当事人签订的船舶抵押合同产生的，属于协议担保物权。
(2)担保的债权不同。船舶留置权担保的是造船人、修船人因建造、修理船舶所产生的债权;船舶优先权担保的是法定的特殊海事债权，如船员工资、人身伤亡、港口规费、救助报酬及侵权行为造成的财产损失等债权;船舶抵押权担保的是借贷之债。
(3)效力的产生不同。船舶留置权的效力产生于占有船舶; 船舶抵押权的效力产生于登记;而船舶优先权效力的产生既不需要占有，也不需要登记。

(4)受偿的顺序不同。按照我国《海商法》第25条的规定，船舶优先权先于船舶留置权受偿，船舶抵押权后于船舶留置权受偿。
(5)行使的方式不同。船舶优先权和船舶抵押权的行使需要通过法院扣押、拍卖船舶来实现，而船舶留置权的行使不需要通过法院扣押船舶，只需要债权人留置所占有的船舶即可。
