1 总 则
1.0.1 为遵循国家有关法律法规和方针政策,改善公共建筑的室内环境,提高能源利用效率,促进可再生能源的建筑应用,降低建筑能耗,认真贯彻执行《公共建筑节能设计标准》GB 50189-2015,根据广西壮族自治区气候特点和具体情况,制定本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于广西壮族自治区内新建、扩建和改建的公共建筑的建筑节能设计。
1.0.3 公共建筑节能设计应根据当地的气候条件,在保证室内环境参数条件下,改善围护结构保温隔热性能,提高建筑设备及系统的能源利用效率,利用可再生能源,降低建筑暖通空调、给水排水及电气系统的能耗。
1.0.4 当建筑高度超过150m或单栋建筑地上建筑面积大于200000㎡时,除应符合本标准的各项规定外,还应组织专家对其节能设计进行专项论证。
1.0.5 施工图设计文件中应说明该工程项目采取的节能措施,并宜说明其使用要求。
1.0.6 公共建筑的节能设计,除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家和广西壮族自治区现行有关强制性标准的规定。
