【摘要】Objective To observe the adverse reaction of adsorbed diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine(DTaP) inoculated on different body part.Methods Totally 1 095 children receiving DTaP vaccination in Zigong First People's Hospital,Sichuan Province from May 2012 to May 2014 were divided into group A (514 cases) and group B (581 cases) according to random number table.The children in group A received DTaP vaccination by gluteal intramuscular injection with 1 491 times of total vaccination including 1 109 times of basic immunization and 382 times of strengthen immunization.The children in group B received DTaP vaccination by arm deltoid injection with 1 685 times of total vaccination including 1 251 times of basic immunization and 434 times of strengthen immunization.The adverse reactions of DTaP vaccine in the two groups were observed and compared.Results In both the two groups,the systemic reactions were mainly manifested as fever and the local reactions were mainly manifested as redness and induration at the site of injection.The incidence and severity of systemic reactions in group B were lower than those in group A with statistical differences[incidence:2.3％ (38/1 685)
