摘 要
随着时代的发展,信息化的不断深入,信息化技术在各领域各行业中都得到了普及,同时也对其发展做出了巨大贡献。在建筑工程领域中,信息化也渗透进了施工项目的每一个环节,也得到了淋漓尽致的体现,即BIM(建筑信息模型)。BIM通过其承载的工程项目信息把其她技术信息化方法(如CAD/CAE等)集成了起来,从而成为技术信息化的核心、技术信息化横向打通的桥梁,以及技术信息化与管理信息化打通的桥梁。从1986年开始推广普及CAD技术,2003年开始推广普及BLM/BIM技术,现在,BIM技术应日趋成熟,且成为了目前建筑行业的中坚力量,得到了广泛的使用。它的应用为工程施工活动的开展带来了很多便利,例如,实现同一工程施工各专业对工程项目中心文件的信息数据的共享,进一步促进各施工单位的协同合作,确保工程有序、顺利的进行。将BIM技术应用到项目管理中,优化项目造价、工程进度与建筑质量的管理模式,提高项目管理效率。 关键词: 建筑信息模型,工程施工,管理与应用
