【摘要】Organization and implementation of regional health informatization is a very complex systems engineering. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of regional health informatization, we discussed the possibility of using matrix management in organization and implementation of regional health informatization from the angle of project management At the same time, the construction of Chaoyang District regional health informatization in Beijing is taken as an example, advantages and key points of application of matrix management in regional health informatization are explored.%区域卫生信息化的组织和实施是一项非常复杂的系统工程，本文结合区域卫生信息化的特点，从项目管理角度入手，探讨矩阵式管理在区域卫生信息化项目组织实施中运用的可能性。同时，以北京市朝阳区区域卫生信息化建设为例，探讨了矩阵式管理在区域卫生信息化项目中的运用优势和应用要点。 【总页数】5页(321-324,329)
