CBL与PBL结合的教学模式在疾病编码带教中的应用

【摘要】本文探索了以病例为基础、以问题为中心的教学模式,即CBL与PBL的联合教学模式,在医院病案编码实习带教中的应用.以ICD-10第十五章为例,筛选出6个病例,包含了流产结局妊娠、阴道分娩、剖宫产手术分娩这三个病种,围绕编码相关问题,引导学生去思考、讨论,最后带教老师点评总结,最终解决问题.在这种联合教学模式的实践过程中,达到了教学互长的效果.此模式突破了传统的编码教学方法,有利于提高学生解决问题的能力和编码思维能力的培养,带教效果显著.%This paper explores a case based and problem centered teaching model,that is the joint teaching mode of CBL and PBL.The application of the teaching of medical record code in the hospital.Taking ICD-10 fifteenth as an example,6 cases were screened,including abortion termination pregnancy,vaginal delivery,cesarean section delivery.The teacher guide students to think and discuss around the coding issues.Finally,the teacher comments summary,and solve the problem.In the practice of the teaching mode,the teaching effect is achieved.This mode breaks through the traditional teaching method,which is helpful to improve the students'ability to solve problems and the ability of thinking.
