腹腔镜胃癌手术并发症及其对策

【摘要】目的：研究腹腔镜胃癌手术并发症及其对策。方法回顾性分析我院2012年3月~2015年3月收治的50例胃癌患者的临床资料，总结患者在行腹腔镜胃癌手术后常见并发症和防治对策。结果50例胃癌患者术后有6例患者出现并发症，并发率为12%。结论腹腔镜手术具有术后恢复速度快、切口小等特点，与开腹手术相比更具优势，但术后易产生并发症，只要加强术后监察，并在发生并发症给予及时有效的处理即可。%Objective:To study the complications of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery and its countermeasures. Methods:the clinical data of 50 patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to March in were analyzed retrospectively. The common complications and prevention measures after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery were summarized. Results:6 cases of gastric cancer patients with postoperative complications, the incidence rate was 12%. Conclusion: laparoscopic surgery with postoperative recovery speed, small incision characteristics, compared with open surgery, it has more advantages, but after the operation is easy to cause complications, as long as strengthening postoperative monitoring and complications to give timely and effective treatment can be.
