妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑缘炎的有效性和安全性分析

【摘要】目的：探讨妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑缘炎的有效性和安全性。方法将本院2013年3月至2015年4月收治的150例睑缘炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者（78例）采用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗，对照组患者（72例）采用红霉素眼膏治疗。分别于治疗后1周和2周观察患者症状体征、眼压变化及并发症发生情况，评价治疗的有效性及安全性。结果两组患者治疗后1周和2周睑缘炎各症状（烧灼感、流泪、畏光、眼痒）及体征（充血糜烂鳞屑、睑板腺开口异常、睑板腺分泌物、球结膜充血）评分均明显改善，观察组改善较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者眼压均明显升高，观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，但差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑缘炎疗效确切，可明显改善患者的症状体征，不良反应少，但应注意眼压升高的风险。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety and efficacy of tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment in the treatment of blepharitis.Method150 cases of blepharitis patients from March 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group of 78 cases were given tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment treatment, control group of 72 cases were given chlortetracy-cline
hydrochloride eye ointment treatment. The changes of symptoms and signs, ocular pressure and complications were observed 1 and 2 weeks after treatment. The safety and e?cacy were evaluated. ResultThe various

(burning
sensation,
lacrimation,
photophobia, eye itch) and signs (hyperaemia erosion scales, abnormal meibomian secretion, opening, tarsal conjunctiva hyperemia) scores of the two groups after 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were significantly improved, observation group improved more obviously (P<0.05). The e?ciency of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05). The intraocular pressure of observation group after treatment was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The complications of observation group was lower than observation group, but there was no statistically

(P>0.05).ConclusionThe
tobramycin
and
dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment in the treatment of blepharitis has an obvious curative e?cacy, can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with less adverse reaction, but we should pay attention to the risk of elevated intraocular pressure. 【总页数】4页(88-91)
