金融危机下宁波民营企业海外投资的现状与对策
摘 要
宁波民营企业海外投资一直以来发展良好，但金融危机的发生使宁波民营企业遭受订单锐减、国际信贷紧缩、合同违约率上升等影响，海外投资举步维艰。同时，国际市场原材料价格下跌、境外投资门槛降低和国内环境放松等也给宁波民营企业提供了很多机遇。本文通过对金融危机下宁波民营企业海外投资现状的分析，了解当前宁波民营企业在海外投资的过程中主要通过建立海外营销网络、品牌并购、设立海外研发机构等投资方式积极参与国际资本运作，突出“五大链条”和“八大模式”应对国际金融危机。并通过对金融危机下宁波民营企业海外投资的现状的问卷调查，分析了宁波民营企业海外投资的风险因子，构建了海外投资风险因子模型、风险因子动力系统模型和产业链延伸模型。并以雅戈尔、宁波中策、杉杉集团等典型企业为例，提出了宁波民营企业“抱团”投资避风险、注重企业自主品牌的创造、引进合作伙伴、积极打造完整垂直链等策略，以增强宁波民营企业自身实力，扩大企业的投资空间，赢得更大的国际市场份额。

Abstract
Ningbo private enterprises overseas investment has been got very good development, but financial crises that Ningbo private enterprises suffer orders declined, international credit crunch, contract, such as the default rate affect fourth-placed overseas investment. Meanwhile, foreign investment threshold reduce and international market raw material prices and domestic environment to relax also provides a lot of private enterprise Ningbo opportunity. This article through to the financial crisis next Ningbo private enterprises overseas investment analysis, understand the current status of the private enterprise in Ningbo of overseas investment mainly through establishing process of overseas marketing network, brand mergers and acquisitions, establish overseas r&d institution and other investment mode actively participates in the international capital operation, outstanding \model\deal with the international financial crisis. And through the financial crisis under private enterprise of overseas investment in Ningbo, questionnaire investigation of the current analyzed the private enterprise overseas investment in Ningbo, constructing the risk factors for overseas investment risk factor models, risk factor dynamic system model and industrial chain extension model. And with Youngor Group, Ningbo Zhongce, Shanshan group and other typical enterprise as an example, this paper proposes \enterprise in Ningbo, paying attention to avoid risk investment enterprise of independent brands creation, introduce partners, make actively complete vertical chains such as strategy, to enhance the Ningbo private enterprises themselves power, enlarge enterprise investment space, win bigger international market share.
