糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用多样化护理的意义分析

【摘要】目的：分析糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用多样化护理的意义。方法选择2012年3月至2015年3月我院收治的70例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机把70例患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施多样化护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度94.29%，对照组护理满意度74.29%，观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组；观察组血糖、血脂等控制情况明显优于对照组，两组对比差异显著（P<0.05）。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用多样化护理，可以提高患者的护理满意度，降低患者临床不良反应，更好的控制血糖、血脂等，利于患者临床恢复，值得推广应用。%Objective to analyze the significance of application of diversified nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods from March 2012 to March 2015,70 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group.the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with diversified nursing.the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%,the control group was 74.29%,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better
