分离自东北地区主要蔬菜根茎上的真菌

【摘要】为明确蔬菜土传病害病原菌的种类及筛选有益真菌,对采自我国东北地区主要蔬菜的根茎样本进行了组织分离和形态学鉴定,共鉴定出19个属30个种或变种,其中镰孢菌属为优势属,共分离得到10个种。研究结果表明:葫芦科蔬菜上分离的真菌种类最多,为11个属17个种。从采集地来看,在黑龙江和辽宁两省分离到的真菌数量较多,分别为12个属18个种和11个属18个种,吉林省最少,仅有2个属5个种。%In order to understand the pathogenic fungal species of soil-borne diseases of vegetables and to screen useful fungi,the roots and stems of main vegetables were collected in Northeastern China.Based on the morphological characteristics,30 species belonging to 19 genera were identified by means of tissue isolating technique.Fusarium was the predominant genus including 10 species.The results also showed that more fungi were isolated from Cucurbitaceae including 17 species of 11genera.Generally more fungi were isolated from Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces including 18 species of 11 genera and 18 species of 12 genera respectively,and relatively fewer fungi were isolated from Jilin province including 5 species of 2 genera. 【总页数】6页(162-167)
