【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of capecitabine maintenance chemotherapy on patients with advanced gastric cancer recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods After conventional chemotherapy, the control group received conventional chemotherapy, study group received oxaliplatin + capecitabine maintenance chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy and adverse events were recorded and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficiency of study group was 54.84％, which was higher than that of control group (29.03％), the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of study group(45.16％) had no significantly difference compared with the control group (32.26％) (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions For advanced gastric cancer recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer patients received routine maintenance chemotherapy based on the use of capecitabine can effectively improve its efficacy, it has high treatment safety, can protect the quality of life and the life safety of patients.%目的 探讨卡培他滨维持化疗治疗晚期胃癌及术后复发转移胃癌的临床效果.方法 待常规化疗方案完成后对照组给予常规维持
