人本主义教育理念在高职英美文学教学中的应用分析

摘要:新时期教育现代化进程提速,对高职院校教育教学工作提出了新要求。为提升英美文学教学的有效性,促进学生具有文化理解能力、包容的心态与开放的视野,教师应立足于人本理念下,优化施教方式,构建高效课堂。从而,培养学生良好的英美文学学习兴趣,并让他们逐渐掌握英语学习方法,具有跨文化沟通能力。基于此,笔者结合自身执教经验,立足当前高职院校英美文学教学中存在的问题,展开将人本理念应用在教学中的有效策略分析。 关键词:人本理念;高职院校;英美文学课;应用

In order to improve the effectiveness of English and American literature teaching and promote students to have cultural understanding, inclusive mentality and open vision, teachers should optimize teaching methods and build efficient classrooms based on humanistic ideas. In this way, students' interest in Learning British and American literature will be cultivated, and they will gradually master English learning methods and have cross-cultural communication skills. Based on this, the author combined with his own teaching experience, based on the current problems in the teaching of British and American literature in higher vocational colleges, the application of humanistic philosophy in teaching effective strategies analysis.

引言:新课标指出“应培养学生良好的英语核心素养,使其具有涉外事务处理能力[1]”。为提升高职高专院校英语专业教学的实效性,应促进英美文学教改工作的纵深推进,使教师转变施教理念,具有创新授课能力,促进学生学科技能、情感态度与人文素养的协调发展。应立足于人本主义教育理念下,使教学更具科学性、创新性与时代性,以便增强大学生的职业竞争力,让他们具有良好的学科素养,使学生兼具拥有广博的知识视野、听说读写译能力、多元文化理解及文化自信。
