【摘要】Objective:To investigate the curative effect of simple hernia repair of strengthening front wall hernia without open hernia sac in the treatment of patients with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods:68 patients with indirect inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group used traditional hernia repair surgery,while the observation group was treated by simple hernia repair of strengthening front wall hernia without open hernia sac.Results:The postoperative recurrence rate and complication rate of observation group
were
significantly
lower
than
that
of
control
group.Conclusion:The simple hernia repair of strengthening front wall hernia without open hernia sac in the treatment of patients with indirect inguinal hernia,the clinical effect is the same as the traditional hernia repair,the operation is simple and the complication is better than the traditional treatment.%目的：探讨采用不打开疝囊加强前壁疝的简易疝修补术对腹股沟斜疝患者的疗效。方法：将68例腹股沟斜疝患者随机平分成两组，对照组使用传统疝修补手术；观察组采用不打开疝囊，加强前壁疝的简易疝修补术。结果：观察组腹术后复发率以及并发症发生率等临床评价指标显著低于
