基于微信公众平台的延续性护理应用于胃癌手术治疗患者
的价值初探

【摘要】目的：探讨基于微信公众平台的延续性护理干预对胃癌手术治疗患者的应用价值。方法抽选2015年8月-2016年8月胃癌手术治疗的192例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法均分为干预组和对照组，干预组行基于微信公众平台的延续性护理干预，对照组定期电话随访；3个月后比较护理效果。结果干预组希望水平、生活质量和营养状态均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于微信公众平台的延续性护理干预能提高胃癌手术治疗患者的希望水平和生活质量，改善营养状态，对患者康复及疾病预后具有积极作用。%Objective To study the value of continuity care based on WeChat public platform used in surgical treatment for gastric cancer patients.Methods Chose 192 cases of surgical treatment with gastric cancer patients from August 2015 to August 2016 as the research object, according to random number table method were divided into intervention group and control group, intervention group line based on the continuity of care intervention WeChat public platform, the control regular telephone follow-up.
