1.1项目摘要

江苏省大丰市上海牛奶集团(大丰)海丰奶牛场 1.1.4建设目标

通过热电肥联产沼气工程的建设,处理海丰奶牛场10,000头奶牛的粪污,生产清洁能源,减少奶牛场环境污染,减排温室气体。厌氧发酵每天生产沼气10,800 m3,沼气用于发电,日发电21,600 kW·h,电力上网出售,发酵后的沼液、沼渣作为优质有机肥料用于周边饲料地、果园。既开发了生物质能源,有效利用了资源,又改善了环境,实现养殖业的可持续发展。 1.1.5建设期限

2009年7月—2010年6月 1.1.6项目工艺技术方案

该项目在工艺选择和方案设计中,采用热电肥联产模式和高浓度全混合(CSTR)中温厌氧工艺。项目所生产的沼气全部用来发电,并入电网销售;利用发电机余热为厌氧反应器供热;厌氧发酵后的发酵液经过固液分离,沼渣用来生产固态有机肥,沼液用于奶牛场周围饲料地和果园的有机肥料;在非用肥季节,沼液进入氧化塘净化处理达到畜禽废水排放标准后排放。
