【摘要】Objective The method of pain spots test based on muscle electric resistance was used to observe the clinical curative effect of infrared ray combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis and provide the quantitative assessment of pain. Method 60 cases of lumbodorsal myofascitis from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were divided into medium frequency combined with infrared ray group, medium group and infrared ray group, 20 cases in each group. Simplified McGill pain questionnaire and pain spot quantification with measuring of muscle electric resistance were applied. Therapeutic effects were assessed by values of pain rating index (PRI), visual analogue scale (VAS), present pain intensity (PPI), and pain spot numbers before and after treatment, respectively. Result After treatment, the PRI and VAS scores of medium frequency combined with infrared ray group were significantly lower than those before treatment and medium group and infrared ray group after treatment (P < 0.05).
