【摘要】One of IUGS's past Secretary-Generals,the Dutchman Simon van der Heide (SvdH)is still in good physical shape and enjoys an excellent memory. I visited him on 17 November 2003 and on January 5th 2004 in his nice house in the outskirts of the city of Haarlem, the Netherlands. He was born in 1913 and, despite of his advanced age of 90 years now, he travels to Australia every yearto visit his daughter. 【总页数】1页(136)
