【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony. Methods Selected 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony randomly in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 as the research objects. Implementation of the corresponding nursing measures for al patients. Results The results showed that al patients care,postpartum hemorrhage by rapid and effective hemostasis nursing measures,all of the patients were rescued successfully,and no patients with the implementation of hysterectomy bleeding, there were no cases of bleeding to death. Conclusion During childbirth,for patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage caused,shall adopt effective nursing measures,so that not only help to reduce the bleeding rate of hysterectomy,can
also
promote
the
rapid
rehabilitation
of
patients,improve their quality of life.%目的：研究探讨预防宫缩乏力致产后出血的临床护理效果。方法随机选择我院2012年3月～2014年3月收治的因宫缩乏力导致产后出血患者60例为研究对象。针对所有患者实施相应的护理措施。结果护理结果显示，所有患者产后出血经快速有效止血护理措施后，均抢救成功，无一例患者实行子宫切除止血，无一例患者出现大出血死亡。结
