7.13.5 Sewage Discharge in Living Area
生活区污水排放主要考虑食堂、洗手池、卫生间的污水排放。 食堂的污水排放，经隔油池后，通过管道排入化粪池。 工人厕所及职工卫生间的污水，排入化粪池，经沉淀后经专用排污管排至市政污水井中。 化粪池的清洁采用专用粪便车外运至指定地点进行处理。
Sewage discharge in living area mainly include canteen, wash basin, toilet sewage discharge. Sewage discharge of canteen, after going through the grease trap, goes through the pipeline into the septic tank. Sewage from toilets for workers and staff is discharged into the septic tank, and after the precipitation it is discharged into the municipal sewage well by dedicated sewage pipe. The cleaning of septic tanks is carried out by means of special fecal vehicles transporting to designated locations for disposal. 7.13.6雨季施工排水注意事项 7.13.6 Tips for drainage during rainy season
1）合理利用防雨防洪措施，确保工程质量，保证工程的顺利进行； 1) We should ensure project quality and progress by rational utilization of flood control. 2）工程开工之前，现场做好“三通一平”；
2) We should make a better work for “three through” and one “flat”. 3）密切关注天气预报，做好现场防雨排水准备工作；
3) We should pay close attention to the weather forecast and make good preparatory work for site rain drainage.
4）作好临时排水总体规划，阻止场外水流入现场和场内水排不到场外； 4) We make temporary drainage planning and prevent water inflow.
5）现场排水按照“防排结合”的原则，现场地形坡度不小于1﹪； 5) Site drainage should be in accordance with the principle of “drainage and prevention”, the site topographic slope is not less than 1%. 6）基坑四周挡土，以防雨水流入基坑，浸泡地基；

8.1Safety Measures for Properly Operating Machinery
8.1.1进入雨季施工前，塔吊除正常的检查外要增加一次全面检查，检查内容包括：通知塔吊租赁方和安装方到现场进行全面检查，包括所有紧固件全数检查，接地电阻的遥测，塔吊附着的检查、垂直度的测量等，并做出详细的资料，确保所有检查内容合格后方可使用。
8.1.1 In the rainy season before the construction, except for tower crane’s normal inspection, we perform following checks: we inform crane owner to conduct a comprehensive inspection on site including inspection of all fasteners, grounding resistance of tower crane attachment telemetry, vertical degree measurement, and make detailed information and records. After all the examination qualified, we start to operate the tower crane.
8.1.2要做好塔吊等设备的防雷接地工作，并进行全面检查，各项接地指标应符合安全规程要求，并做好检查纪录。

8.1.3塔吊操作人员班前作业必须检查机身是否带电，漏电装置是否灵敏，各种操作机构是否灵活、安全、可靠。

8.1.4每日下班时塔吊塔臂应停在顺风方向；松开回转制动装置；将吊钩收回至大臂最上端；将小车行至大臂根部；关好驾驶室门窗；卡紧、卡牢轨钳；切断配电箱内的电源开关；关好箱门上好锁。 如遇暴雨或 6 级以上强风等恶劣天气时，应停止塔吊。
8.1.4 Tower arm of tower crane should be stopped in the downwind direction at daily getting off work; release the rotary brake apparatus; back the hook to the top of the arm; push the pushcart to the root of the arm; close the driving cab doors and windows; chuck rail catch; cut off the power switch inside the distribution box; shut the box door and lock up. In case of heavy rain, level 6 scale strong wind or higher and other bad weather, the tower cranes should be stopped running.
8.1.5每次雨后要做好大型机械设备的防雷接地电阻值的遥测，确保大型机械的使用安全。

And keep a good check record, implement corrective measures and completion time. 8.2.2设专人负责检查基坑的边坡情况，特别是材料堆场附近的边坡。 如有边坡裂缝、倾斜等可能出现塌方的迹象，必须及时采取有效措施。
8.2.2 Specially-assigned person is responsible for checking the slope of the foundation pit, especially the slope near the material yard. If there are signs such as slope cracks, tilt and the like that indicate collapse may occur, timely and effective measures must be taken.
8.2.3雨天应停止在外脚手架上施工，大雨后应对道路、外脚手架、塔吊等进行全面检查，确认无沉陷和松动后方可使用。

8.2.6出入施工现场的车辆应保持清洁，不得将泥土带出工地，污染市政道路。 8.2.6 Vehicles entering and leaving the construction site should be kept clean, it is forbidden to carry soil out of the site and pollute municipal roads.
8.2.7雨季正逢盛夏季节，天气闷热，应适当调整作息时间，避开中午高温时间；后勤部门应采取必要的防暑降温措施，如遮阳、发放解暑饮料或饮水加防暑药品等，做好施工人员的防暑降温工作。

8.2.7 Rainy season coincides with the summer season, the weather is hot, it should be appropriate to adjust the schedule to avoid the high temperature time at noon; logistics departments should take necessary measures to prevent heatstroke and reduce temperature, such as shade, issuing summer-heat relieving drink or drinking water plus heatstroke preventing medicine, do a good job of preventing heatstroke and reducing temperature for constructor.
8.2.8保证现场干净整洁，防止蚊蝇滋生，避免传染病的发生，为此，应经常对办公室、宿舍、食堂、厕所等地打药、消毒。
