摘 要
高地隙烟草喷雾机是在烟草顶部进行喷洒施药的喷雾机。操作该机不需要专业驾驶特长,只要会驾驶农用四轮拖拉机即可从容操作。机器由于是四轮液压驱动设计,因此行驶平稳、爬坡能力强劲、制动性能较好,时速最高可达每小时15公里;喷杆适配长度6米、8米、12米,喷雾系统采用了防滴快速组装扇形喷头,不仅雾粒细、雾化均匀,而且不会漏喷、复喷及出现漏喷死角;自动恒压装置保证了喷头压力均衡,雾滴快速形成雾状风墙,有效提高了雾滴穿透力,并且有效地防止雾滴的漂移,大大提高了农药的利用率;该机作业面积每小时最高达80亩,工作效率是背负式机动喷雾机的10倍,节水60%以上,按目前人工防治成本每亩15元计算,该机节约防治成本40%以上。该机喷杆调整高度可从0.5~2.2米之间任意调整,适应不同农作物不同时期的病虫害防治。
本文对高地隙烟草喷雾机铰链转向系统进行理论分析,计算出有关转向的性能参数。

Abstract
Self-contained tobacco spray machine is in the top of the spraying spraying on tobacco spray machine. It’s unnecessary to need professional driving skills for Operating the machine, as long as the agricultural four-wheel tractor drive will be easy to operation. The machine is round hydraulic drive design, so it has advantages such as steady driving, strong climbing, good braking performance, speed up to 15 kilometers per hour; Spray length is 6 m, 8 m and 12 m. The spray system uses the drops of fast to assemble the nozzle, not only the fog grains, uniform atomization, and does not leak spray, spray and spray in complex leak blind Angle; Automatic constant pressure device ensure the nozzle pressure balance, aerosol droplets form quickly mist wind wall, effectively improve the droplets penetration, and effectively prevent the droplets are the drift, greatly improving the utilization rate of the pesticide; This machine operating area for up to 80 mu per hour, the working efficiency is 10 times of back’s motor spray machine. It saves water more than 60%. According to the current of manual control cost 15 RMB, the prevention and control of saving cost more than 40%. This machine spray stem height can be adjusted from 0.5 ~ 2.2. Its’ meters adapts to the different crops in different periods of pest control.
This paper will make the analysis of the theory for the tobacco sprayer hinge steering system, calculates the relevant to the performance parameters.
