【摘要】The approach exploration of practical talents cultivation in vocational colleges is significant in the specialty construction, the production-teaching-research cooperation, students＇ employment, as well as the cultivation of students＇ theoretical level and practical ability. The deficiency in talents cultivation in vocational colleges is discussed in the paper, especially in practice. Some suggestions are come up with in structure mode, possible approaches, and part-time faculties system so as to strengthen the sustainable development of talents cultivation.%构建高职高专“实用型”人才培养路径，对于专业指导思想的建设，学生理论水平和解决实际问题能力的培养，实现产学研有机结合，促进学生就业具有一定的意义．目前高职高专在人才培养方面普遍存在实践环节建设不足的现象．应加强高职高专“实用型”人才培养的结构模式、路径及兼职教师制度的构建，使高职高专人才培养目标实现可持续发展． 【总页数】3页(75-77)
