摘要：中韩自建交以来，双边贸易合作迅猛发展，韩国经济实力强、产业结构合理，是中韩贸易发展的有力支撑，中国经济快速增长的前景为两国贸易发展提供了新的契机，并且我国和韩国之间贸易结构存在巨补性，形成了产业结构不同优势，从而使得贸易结构存在着互补性。 但是两国之间贸易壁垒仍然存在，倾销与反倾销之争有愈演愈烈之势,贸易差额不平衡，中方逆差巨大 ,贸易结构不合理，中国出口主要以农产品、矿产品为主 。要谋求更长远的发展要坚持以战略性合作，推动贸易关系向更高层次发展，以制度性贸易合作，促进贸易便利化、自由化，建立自由贸易区，实现贸易自由化、一体化
