【摘要】This paper article described reasons of antiplatelet therapy of patients with hypertension in theoretical basis,clinical evidence and the principles of clinical practice. In order to draw attention to take appropriate risk stratitication,rigorous screening for bleeding and administer aspirin with dose correctly in everyday clinical practice.%文章就高血压患者抗血小板治疗的理论基础、临床试验证据和未来临床实践把握的原则做一概述.认为高血压患者的杭血小板治疗有其坚实的理论基础和临床数据支持,但临床实践需要把握危险分层,严格筛选易出血人群并正确把握阿司匹林剂量.
