【摘要】Objective To explore the value of prospective ECG-triggcring dual-source CT(DSCT) angiography in evaluation of complex congenital heart discasc(CHD) after bilateral bidirectional Glenn shunt. Methods Twenty patients with CHD underwent prospective ECG-triggcring DSCT angiography after bilateral bidirectional Glenn shunt. The dose length product(DLP) was recorded in order to calculate effective dosc(ED). The diagnosis was made and image quality was evaluated by two experienced radiologists independently with a five-point scale, the agreement of them was determined by Kappa statistics. Results The evaluation indexes of DSCT angiography included dilution of superior vena cava( SVC )and pulmonary artery (PA ) ,comparison of SVC and PA diameters around anastomosis,positional relationship of SVC and PA, anastomotic stenosis, and so on. The mean ED was (0. 43 ± 0. 21 ) mSv with a range of 0. 216 to 0. 858 mSv. The average subjective image quality score was 4. 4±0. 6. All images were diagnosablc.
