探讨关于汽车油罐车容量检定过程中含油污水的处理方法

摘 要：文章结合新疆计量院汽车油罐车容量检定装置基础设施建设的实际情况以及检定过程中产生的含油污水中油品的存在形式，设计了一套含油污水处理工艺，在不使用化学药剂的条件下，采用“两级重力分离--过滤”的工艺流程来处理汽车油罐车容量检定过程中产生的含油污水。该工艺流程简单，污水处理效果明显，对同行有一定的参考价值。 关键词：含油污水处理;汽车油罐车;容量检定;循环水;重力分离法;过滤
Abstract：In this paper， a set of oil sewage treatment technology was designed according to the actual situation of the construction of the capacity verification device for the tank car of Xinjiang institute of metrology and the existing form of oil products in the oil-bearing sewage. Under the condition of no chemical agents， the process of \adopted to deal with oily wastewater produced in the process of capacity verification of tank car. The process was simple， and the sewage treatment effect was obvious. It has some reference value to the peers.
