泰山区2013~2014年居民食用盐监测结果分析

【摘要】目的通过分析，了解和掌握泰安市泰山区居民食用碘盐情况，及时发现问题并采取相应干预措施，保证居民食用碘盐策略得到有效落实。方法根据《山东省碘盐监测方案》，2013~2014年对辖区内居民的碘盐进行随机抽查600份，按照国家标准GB/T13025.7-2012中的直接滴定法进行定量测定。结果600份样品，合格579份，非碘盐5份，不合格碘盐16份。2013~2014年全区碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均达到95%。结论泰山区居民食用碘盐合格率比较高，但还有一定数量非碘盐及不合格碘盐存在，建议相关职能部门加大宣传监督力度。%Objective Through the analysis,to understand and master the situation of edible iodized salt in Taishan District of Tai'an,timely find problems,guarantee the strategy that residents consume iodized salt get ef ective implementation.Methods According to the Shandong Province iodized salt monitoring program, and from 2013 to 2014 within the jurisdiction of the residents iodized salt were random 600, in accordance with the direct titration method of national
