A
successful
model
for
pancreatieoduodenal
aUotransplantation with entericdrainage in pigs was reported.The total pancreas with a short segment of duodenum and jejunumwas transplanted tO a recipient by anastomoses of vessels tO the abdominal aorta and inferior venacava and small bowel segment tO the jejunum of total pancreatoctomized recipient animal.The re-cipients were divided into two groups.In group 1(no immunosuppression used),the mean sur-rival of all pigs(n＝7)was 10.2±2.6 days.All of them died of rejection or were sacrificed.Inthe group 2,the animals were treated with Cyclosporine A,Trimperygium Wilfoordii and Methyl-prednisolone.with the mean survival of all animals being 70.6±30 days.The grafts of all sur-vived animals remained good function.It was suggested that the transplant technique and antire-jection regimen described here may be feasible.%报告一种成功的猪全胰十二指肠移植模型.将静脉引流入体循环,所带小段十二指肠与空肠吻合,引流胰液于肠道,同时切除受体全胰.Ⅰ组动物未用免疫抑制剂,平均存活10.2±2.6天,均因急性排斥反应死亡或处死.Ⅱ组动物应用环孢素A、雷公藤和甲基泼尼松龙抗排斥治疗,平均移植物存活70.6±30天以上,移植物功能良好.认为,此种动物模型稳定,抗排斥方案合理.
