乳腺彩超对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值

【摘要】目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在早期乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值.方法:收治早期乳腺癌患者100例,对患者分别进行彩色多普勒超声和X线钼靶检测,对两者的诊断准确率进行比较.结果:彩超和X线钼靶诊断准确率分别为76.0%和 73.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).联合应用超声和 X 线钼靶检测准确率 95.0%显著高于单独诊断(P<0.05).结论:彩色多普勒超声仪诊断早期乳腺癌具有操作简便、无创、重复性好的优点,检测特异性好,但单独诊断的准确率不是很高,临床检查中可以将其与X线钼靶联用,获得更理想的诊断结果.%Objective:To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods:100 patients with early breast cancer were selected.The patients were respectively given color doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography detection.The diagnosis accuracy rates of two were compared.Results:The diagnosis accuracy rates of color doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography were respectively 76.0% and 73.0%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnosis accuracy rate(95.0%) of the combined use of ultrasound and X-ray mammography was significantly higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer has the advantages of simple
operation,non-invasive,good reproducible,good detection specificity,but the accurate rate of single diagnosis is not very high.In the clinical examination,it can be combined with X-ray mammography,and get more ideal diagnosis result. 【总页数】2页(111,113)
