观察内镜下5-Fu缓释化疗粒子注射治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的

【摘要】目的 初步评价化疗缓释粒子植入治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床效果及不良反应.方法 选取15例消化道晚期肿瘤患者,内镜直视下对胃、肠道肿瘤结节及浸润处行多点或密集型植入粒子,45～ 60粒,5-Fu缓释粒子平均注射0.15g,比较治疗前后患者的肝、肾功能状况.结果 15例患者施行粒子植入治疗后完全缓解2例,部分缓解5例,稳定6例,进展2例,有效率为80％.1个月后内镜复查可见病灶部位均呈现不同程度的病变局限、平坦、腔径增宽,且所有患者均未发生出血、穿孔等并发症,治疗前后肝、肾功能检查未见明显差异.结论 内镜下植入化疗缓释药物5-Fu治疗晚期消化道肿瘤是一种新型的治疗手段,能够有效改善患者症状,提高肿瘤局部控制率,无肝、肾功能损害等不良反应,为一种不良反应小、耐受性好的姑息治疗方法.%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of endoscopic implantation of slow-release particles for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Fifteen
