【摘要】Objective:To analyze the effects of dynamic hip screw(DHS) and improved proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA-Ⅱ) internal fixation in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:64 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each according to the digital table method.The control group was given DHS internal fixation treatment.The observation group was given PFNA- Ⅱinternal fixation treatment.The curative effects of two groups were observed.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation and average healing time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group;Harris score was significantly higher than that of the control group;the complication incidence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA- Ⅱ internal fixation in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture has a significant effect.It can promote the function recovery of the hip joint.It is safe and effective.%目的：分析动力髋螺钉(DHS)和改进型防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA-
Ⅱ)内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法：收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者64例，按数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组给予DHS内固定治疗，观察组给予PFNA-Ⅱ内固定治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：观察组术中出血量、手术与平均愈合的时间均明显少于对照组，Harris评分明显高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：PFNA-Ⅱ内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有显著效果，可促进其髋关节的功能恢复，安全有效。 【总页数】2页(82-83)
