[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. 肺癌是危害人類生命常见肿瘤之一[1]，治疗难度大，且治疗不及时，病情恶化快，有着极高的患病率和死亡率，特别是工业发展迅速国家，肺癌患病率逐年上涨，而手术治疗已不能成功治疗该疾病。早期诊断及预后治疗对患者后期生活质量有着重要影响，由于早期肺癌无明显的临床症状、生化指标不明确，很难明确诊断，因而，准确有效的诊断方式显得尤为重要。多层螺旋CT是目前在临床上常用的一种诊断方法，可明确诊断肺癌等疾病，对于早期预防和治疗有重要意义。该文通过对该院于2015年5月—2017年5月收治的100例肺癌患者采取不同诊断措施发现，多层螺旋CT在肺癌诊断中准确率极高，效果理想，现报道如下。
