ProvisionsVFR Flights Shall Comply with
Unless authorized by appropriate ATS authority , VFR flights shall not be operated：
a)betweensunsetandsunrise,or
b) above FL200
c) at transonic and supersonic speeds d) In RVSM airspace.
e) over the congested areas of cities, towns or settlements or over an open-air assembly of persons at a height less than 300 m (1 000 ft) above the highest obstacle within a radius of 600 m from the aircraft
f) at a height less than 150 m (500 ft) above the ground or water.

?除经有关ATS当局批准之外，VFR飞行不得：
a)在日落至日出之间飞行；
b)在FL200以上飞行；c)作跨音速或超音速飞行；
d) 在RVSM空域；
e) 在城市、集镇或居民区等人口稠密地区或露天公众集会上空，航空器半径600米以内距障碍物的高小于300米（1 000英尺）的空域飞行；
f)离地面或水面的高小于150米的空域飞行。
VFR飞行相关规定
ProvisionsVFR Flights Shall Comply with
Except when a clearance is obtained from an air traffic control unit, VFR flights shall not take off or land at an aerodrome within a control zone, or enter the aerodrome traffic zoneor traffic pattern:
a) when the ceiling is less than 450 m (1 500 ft); b) when the ground visibility is less than 5 km.
